Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. whole tomatoes
1 qt. tomato puree
4 or 5 bell peppers
2 onions
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. vinegar
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
hot peppers and hot sauce to taste
Preparation

Cook for about 1/2 hour.
Thicken with cornstarch as you would gravy or strain in colander.
