Doughnut Holes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat well with spoon.
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and add to milk mixture.
    Blend together lightly with a spoon.
    Do not beat.
    Heat oil to 375\u00b0.
    Dip spoon into hot oil until spoon is hot.
    Quickly dip up 1 tablespoon of batter.
    Dip in oil to drop off batter.
    Cook about 4 minutes.
    Drain and put powdered sugar on them when cool.
