Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    4 eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. minced onions
    1 c. half and half cream
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 c. flour
    3 c. beef stock
    1 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly Add milk and bread crumbs; let stand.
    Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Remove and add to crumb mix.
    Add seasonings and meat; mixture will be soft.
    Chill 1 hour to blend flavors.
    Shape mixture into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls and brown slowly in remaining butter, turning easily.
    Add more butter if necessary. Arrange in large baking dish.
    Add flour to pan drippings and blend.
    Cook until browned.
    Add beef broth and simmer until thickened and smooth.
    Add cream.
    Sauce will be thin.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
