No Knead Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. cold water
3 eggs, beaten
5 c. flour
Preparation

Add sugar, oil, salt and cold water to scalded milk.
Mix well. Add eggs and yeast.
Gradually add flour, mixing well.
No kneading is necessary.
Cover bowl with waxed paper and towel.
Set in warm place and let rise until double.
Divide dough into 3 parts.
Roll each part into 1/2-inch thick circles.
Cut each circle into 12 sections and roll up crescent shape.
Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise again.
Bake for 14 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Butter tops while still warm.
