Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 soda crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Flake salmon.
    Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, cracker crumbs, eggs, milk and parsley.
    Shape into patties.
    Melt shortening and fry patties at 350\u00b0 in a preheated fry pan until golden brown on both sides.
    Garnish with lemon slices and parsley, if desired.
