Burda'S New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag new potatoes
    1 stick butter
    2 large Tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
    fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Clean potatoes; peel and leave strip around the center.
    In large pan, on stove top, saute butter and seasoning.
    Add potatoes (cut in half if too large).
    Cook for about 5 minutes; lightly brown.
    Mix well.
