Prickly Pear Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. prickly pear juice
5 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 bottle (3 oz.) liquid pectin
Preparation

Mix juice, sugar and lemon juice; bring to a boil.
Add pectin and boil for 5 minutes.
The longer the mixture boils, the thicker the jelly will be.
Remove the cooked mixture, skim off the foam, pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Makes about 6 (8 ounce) jars. Very good!
