Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
1 c. salad oil
1 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation

Prepare lettuce and then in a separate bowl, add together the lemon juice, salad oil, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ground pepper, salt, mashed garlic and dry mustard.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or so to cool.
In a salad bowl, mix lettuce with dressing mixture and coat all pieces.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix, then the croutons and mix well.
Serve and enjoy.
