Apple Leather No. 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. applesauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mix applesauce, sugar and nutmeg.
Spread 1/2-inch thick in shallow pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 approximately 3 hours.
Remove when nearly dry and roll in confectioners sugar.
