Hot Hamburger Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute meat in tiny bit of olive oil until brown.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until cheese melts (double boiler works best).
Spoon into chafing dish and keep warm.
Serve with corn chips.
