Quick Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium green pepper
    1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp
    1 clove garlic
    3/4 c. water
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Chop onion, green pepper and celery.
    Mince garlic clove and saute in oil for 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp and boil for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
