Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (18 squares)
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. lemon zest (optional)
Preparation
    Combine crumbs and butter.
    Firmly press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
    Chill.
