Garden Casserole Au Gratin For Four - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cauliflower florets
    12 oz. Brussels sprouts
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. skim milk
    2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a saucepan, cook vegetables in a small amount of boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Drain and transfer to a 1-quart oven to table casserole dish.
    Season with garlic salt and pepper.
    Distribute Cheddar cheese evenly over the vegetables; pour in milk.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is melted.
    Makes 4 servings.
