Chicken Spaghetti Rotel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 whole chicken breasts or 2 fryers
2 large green peppers
2 large onions
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 large can sliced mushrooms
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
Preparation

Boil and debone chicken and save broth.
Cook vermicelli in chicken broth.
Chop and saute onion and pepper in margarine; combine vegetables, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and cheese with vermicelli.
Stir until cheese melts and add chicken which has been torn into small bits.
Stir well.
Add some broth to assure a moist casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
