Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 large, ripe bananas
1/3 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add beaten eggs and mashed bananas.
Stir in sour cream.
Add flour, salt and soda.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
