Carolina Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. peeled, diced apples

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, and eggs together.
Sift together dry ingredients and add vanilla and apples.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
