Asian Long Beans With Hazelnuts - cooking recipe

1/4 c. hazelnuts
2 c. canned low-sodium chicken broth
1 lb. Asian long beans or string beans, trimmed
2 Tbsp. mild olive oil
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 8 minutes, until fragrant. Transfer the hot nuts to a kitchen towel and rub them together vigorously to remove most of the skins.
Finely chop the nuts and set aside.
