Mock Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb ground meat
2 eggs
1/4 cup minute rice
1 small head cabbage
2 cans tomato soup
1 large can sauerkraut, drained
salt and pepper
parsley
chopped onion
garlic salt
Preparation

Mix meat, eggs, rice, salt, pepper, parsley, onion, garlic salt together.
Shape into 2 inch balls.
Cut cabbage into slices. In a large pan or crock pot, place a layer of cabbage, then meat, repeat process.
Once all cabbage and meat are in, cover with sauerkraut and soup.
Simmer 5 or 6 hours.
