Texas Style Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. coarse ground beef
    green chili peppers, finely chopped
    6 scallions, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot sauce
    1 qt. kidney beans, drained
    raw chopped onions (optional)
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, saute ground beef.
    Add chili peppers and scallions.
    Then add garlic, salt, pepper, hot sauce and kidney beans.
    Add raw onions, if desired.
    Stir and serve.
    Leaves you breathless.
