Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. red beans
    1 or 2 chopped onions
    1 or 2 chopped bell peppers
    2 or 3 stalks chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 lb. sliced sausage (Louisiana style sausage)
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Combine soaked beans with the remaining ingredients.
    Cook in crock-pot all day and season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce (garlic if you like).
    Serve over rice.
