Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
3 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Melt butter; blend in flour and seasoning over low heat.
Stir until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
