Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    2 c. sliced raw potatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in small amount of fat.
    Set aside to drain. Put sliced potatoes in casserole with onion, salt and pepper.
    Lay browned pork chops on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in covered casserole.
    Yields 4 servings.
