Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 small onion
1 small green pepper, diced
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1 Tbsp. oregano
5 1/2 lb. pork chops
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In a medium saucepan combine all ingredients except the pork chops and the cheese.
Bring the sauce to a low boil for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to simmer for an hour.
Place pork chops in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over the chops and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and serve.
