Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Escort crackers
1 chicken, boiled, deboned and cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup (I use celery sometimes)
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
margarine
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine.
Spray casserole with Pam.
Put in good layer of crushed crackers and dot with margarine.
Mix soups, chicken, sour cream, onions and pepper. Pour over crackers.
Add another layer of crackers and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
