Polish Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    4 zucchini
    1/2 lb. Polish sausage (kielbasa)
    2 onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    garlic salt to taste
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Dice garlic, onions and kielbasa; saute in 1 tablespoon oil until onions are tender.
    Add zucchini which has been thinly sliced.
    Saute until zucchini is tender.
    Add salt, pepper and tomatoes.
    Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Add Parmesan cheese and stir.
