Garlic Herb Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    38 oz. Blue cheese (approximately)
    1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
    1 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. each: marjoram, thyme, basil, summer savory and dried parsley
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    In a small bowl put all ingredients.
    Mix well and form into a ball.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap or waxed paper.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Roll in chopped pecans.
    Store in airtight bag.
