Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. margarine, separated
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 lemon, sliced
    4 or 5 whole chicken breasts, boned
Preparation
    Coat chicken in flour.
    In pan, melt the margarine and brown the chicken on both sides, 4 minutes per side.
    Put in warm platter.
