Pork Tenderloin And Pea Pods - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. small pork tenderloin
1 pkg. frozen pea pods
1 small jar whole or sliced chestnuts (optional)
Preparation

Freeze tenderloin as it slices easier.
Slice in rounds and pour soy sauce to cover; marinate a few hours.
Dip in flour and brown in small amount of cooking oil.
Add 1 to 2 cups of water mixed with about 1/4 flour and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add pea pods and chestnuts; cook a few minutes longer.
You may also add a little more soy sauce.
Serve over cooked rice.
