Creole Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. diced peeled tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Melt in skillet margarine, then add celery, cabbage, tomatoes, green pepper, salt, sugar and onion.
Cover.
Cook over medium-low heat until done.
