Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. torn spinach
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion wedges
    4 slices Oscar Mayer bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    3/4 c. Catalina French dressing
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients except dressing.
    Serve with dressing. Makes 6 servings.
