Whole Wheat Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Stir or cut in shortening until you have coarse texture.
Add buttermilk and knead.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until golden brown.
