Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center-cut pork chops
    1 1/2 c. beef stock
    salt
    pepper
    thyme
    buttered breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in frying pan.
    Add 1/2 cup beef stock.
    Let simmer a few minutes.
    Place pork chops and juices from frypan into a casserole.
    Add salt, pepper and thyme.
    Pour 1 cup of beef stock over contents.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
