Herb Sour Cream Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm sour cream
    6 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    2 eggs (at room temperature)
    3 3/4 to 4 3/4 c. unsifted flour
Preparation
    Pour warm water into a large, warm bowl; sprinkle with yeast and stir until dissolved.
    Add sour cream, margarine, sugar, salt, marjoram, oregano, thyme and eggs.
    Beat in 3 cups of flour until well blended, about one minute.
    Stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk (about 50 minutes).
    Stir down dough and turn into 2 greased 1-quart casserole dishes.
    Cover; let rise until doubled in bulk (about 50 minutes).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until done.
    Remove from casserole dishes and cool on wire racks.
