No Cook Tomato Basil Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. ripe tomatoes, chopped
3/4 c. chopped basil
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Toss your favorite hot pasta with sauce, coating it evenly, and serve immediately.
