Triple Good Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. (2 sticks) margarine or butter
    1 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to
    325\u00b0.
    Grease
    a\t13 x 9-inch baking pan. In saucepan, combine
    the
    first
    4
    ingredients.
    Cook
    over medium heat, stirring
    constantly,
    until\tmix begins to boil. Set aside. Beat
    margarine,
    sugar
    and vanilla until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients
    and
    blend.
    Press
    all
    but 2 cups into a greased pan, then cover with raisin mixture.
    Sprinkle with remaining oat mixture.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool and cut into 1 x 2-inch bars.
    Yields 4 dozen.
