Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling (3 1/2 oz.)
2 eggs
1 pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix flour and soda.
Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in a large bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chips.
(Batter will be stiff.)
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 7 dozen cookies.
