Ingredients

4 c. 2% milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O vanilla pie filling (not instant)
1 c. Minute rice
1/4 c. raisins
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix.
In a saucepan, add rice and raisins.
Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Cool 5 minutes.
Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over pudding.
