Camper'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce (with cheese)
1 (8 oz.) can baby lima beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. bell pepper flakes
1 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Heat oil in Dutch oven. Brown 1-inch cubes of meat.
Stir in other ingredients. Simmer and cook 10 minutes.
Mix biscuit mix and water. Drop on stew.
Add oregano and paprika.
Cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes or until dumplings are done.
