Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    4 Tbsp. sour milk
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    2 very ripe bananas
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In electric mixer, combine sugar, margarine and eggs. Add bananas and vanilla.
    Add flour and soda. Add sour milk and pecans. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Wrap in foil when cool and allow to ripen 24 hours before eating.
    Slices well when frozen.
