Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks oleo
6 qt. popped corn
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Stir brown sugar, Karo syrup, salt and oleo in pan.
Stir over heat until mixture boils.
Let boil for 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
Pour over 6 quarts of popped corn (do not use hot air popper).
Stir until well coated.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
