Marty'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 c. corn flakes
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 eggs
7 olives, cut in halves
2 slices Velveeta cheese (1/2 inch thick), cut into small pieces
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and put into a large casserole dish.
Be sure meat is patted down firmly and flat on the top. Take a spoon and move the edges of the meat away from the sides of the dish (this will allow grease to escape from meat while it is baking).
Spread ketchup or barbecue sauce on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours covered.
Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
