Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/2 tsp. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Mix meat, egg, onion, salt, ketchup and sauce.
Mix well and shape into 6 patties.
Dip in flour and brown in skillet.
Add oil or it will stick.
Put into baking dish and add soup and water. Bake for 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Easy and good.
