Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1 c. white sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, vanilla and sugars until fluffy.
    Add spices. Add flour a little at a time; add nuts and zucchini.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
