Dressing For Smoke-Barbecued Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    giblets and neck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    parsley
    2 to 3 c. bread crumbs
    2 c. cornbread, crumbled
    sage to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. broth from giblets
Preparation
    Simmer giblets, neck,
    1 medium onion, celery, salt and pepper in 1
    quart water until tender.
    Saute celery, 1 onion, mushrooms and
    parsley
    in
    butter.\tCombine
    bread\tcrumbs, cornbread, chopped
    giblets,
    sauteed\tvegetables, sage, salt, pepper and broth
    from
    giblets
    in
    a
    large\tbowl.
    Place in casserole; bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    May use rest of broth for gravy.
