Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Brasciole meat, cut into thin strips
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/3 c. chopped celery
2 green peppers, cut into strips
1 onion, chopped into ringlets
1 tomato
1 small can mushrooms
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Brown meat in butter.
Add chopped celery and pepper slices. Fry all until lightly browned.
Add onion and water in pan to cover ingredients.
Simmer with lid until meat is tender (1/2 hour).
Add soy sauce, mushrooms and chopped tomato.
Thicken with cornstarch. Serve over rice or noodles.
