Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-bran
2 c. Bran Buds
2 c. boiling water
1 c. raisins
1 c. shortening
1 to 1 3/4 c. honey
5 c. flour
4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
-
Mix first 5 ingredients.
Add flour, soda, salt, eggs, cinnamon and buttermilk.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Can refrigerate dough up to 3 weeks and make them fresh occasionally.
