Mexican Layered Dip Or Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans refried beans
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 or 2 cartons sour cream dip
    1 fresh tomato, chopped
    shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Open beans and season to taste with garlic powder and chili powder or salsa or seasoning.
    I usually fix this in \"X\" baking dish.
    Cover layer of beans with layer of chopped onion.
    Cover with sour cream dip.
    Sprinkle cheese, lettuce and fresh tomatoes on top.
    Serve with corn chips.
