Honey Bee Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. honey
3/4 c. Crisco oil
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped (if desired, more can be used)
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, soda and cinnamon; add honey, oil, egg and chopped nuts.
Mix with an electric beater only until ingredients are blended.
Press down in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 9 x 9-inch pan, depending on how thick you want your bars.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, no longer, they will be too hard.
While cake is still hot, mix glaze and spread on bars.
