Pecan Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. salad oil
2/3 c. water
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix the wet ingredients separately.
Add dry ingredients. Pour into 3 (1-pound) coffee cans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
