Banana Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 c. pecans
    1/3 c. oil
    2 bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar in a small bowl.
    Mash the bananas.
    Mix bananas with sugar and oil. Add flour and nuts which have been dusted with a teaspoon of flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes. Bake in cupcake pans.
